See It Grow is a Utah 501(c)(3) building lacrosse from the roots up — history, instruction, service, and leadership, in that order.

Lacrosse is expanding faster than the people qualified to teach it. Children arrive at the sport without meeting its history. Coaches are asked to lead without training. Communities that would love the game are quietly priced out of it. See It Grow exists to answer that — patiently, honestly, and one community at a time.
Growing the game and teaching it well are not the same thing.
We stand on four commitments, in the order the organization works in — history first, then instruction, then service, then leadership — because that is the order a young player learns to love the sport.

A Message from Our Founder
“My life has unfolded at the intersection of education, coaching, service, competition, and community-building. Playing and coaching lacrosse in different parts of the United States and around the world taught me that the game belongs to many cultures and communities. My work as a teacher taught me to begin with the learner—and that character, responsibility, and leadership should be woven into what we teach rather than treated as something separate.
See It Grow brings those experiences together. We believe lacrosse can create access, belonging, and meaningful relationships while helping people become better players, teammates, leaders, and community members. Growing the game responsibly is not simply about creating more teams or events. It is about investing in people, respecting the communities already doing the work, and building something strong enough to serve those who come next.”
