Founding Campaign
Build the Foundation for Responsible Growth.
See It Grow is raising a founding fund to establish the leadership, staff, scholarships, curriculum, technology, community programs, and operating systems required for responsible long-term growth.
Make a Founding GiftFounding goal
$500,000
A three-year launch foundation — not a single year of operating expenses.
The campaign is preparing to launch. Progress and reporting will be published here and on the Accountability page as gifts are recorded and reviewed by the board.
Why charitable support
Charitable gifts build the organization behind the programs.
Free clinics, volunteer training, mentorship, and scholarships do not pay for themselves. Charitable support builds the organization that makes the programming possible over the long term.

What the campaign establishes
Eight things the founding fund puts in place.
These are the categories the founding campaign is built to fund. Specific amounts will be documented in an annual budget after board approval and published on the Accountability page.
Leadership capacity
Compensation for the founding executive who builds programs, coach networks, governance, and partnerships across the first years.
Staff and administration
Registration, scheduling, family communication, background checks, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Scholarships
Education and access scholarships so cost is not the reason a young athlete never meets the game.
Free clinics and community instruction
No-cost clinics, instructional visits, and coach-development sessions for community programs — including rural, tribal, and underserved regions.
Curriculum and technology
Coach and volunteer curriculum, online learning, service-hour tracking, participation records, and the systems behind them.
Volunteer program development
Building the Cultivate the Forest volunteerism pathway: training, mentorship structure, and reporting standards.
Professional services
General liability and participant insurance, bookkeeping and audit preparation, and legal review.
Prudent reserves
A modest operating cushion so programming and commitments are not at risk in a slow fundraising year.
