See It Grow: Lacrosse is a Utah nonprofit corporation established in 2023 and headquartered in Utah. The organization holds 501(c)(3) charitable status.

The founding board is being assembled. Members will be announced as appointments are finalized — we do not list names, committees, or advisory roles that are not confirmed.

The board governs on behalf of participants, families, donors, and the wider lacrosse community: mission stewardship, financial oversight, executive supervision, risk management and youth safety, scholarship and participant safeguards, strategic planning, and public accountability.

The founding campaign is a three-year launch foundation, not a one-year operating budget. It establishes leadership capacity, administration, scholarships, free community instruction, curriculum and technology, professional services, and prudent reserves.

Charitable gifts build the organization around it. They are different dollars doing different work.

Annual budgets, campaign reporting, and financial statements will be published after board approval and after the first full fiscal year.

What the founding campaign establishes

Adults working directly with young athletes will be screened through background checks and trained in youth-protection expectations before program participation.

Our youth-protection, nondiscrimination, and participant-conduct standards are being finalized with the founding board and will be published in full once approved.

Education and access scholarships are awarded through a documented review process. Completing a program strengthens an application but does not guarantee an award.

Cultivate the Forest participants maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and complete verified service hours. Academic support is delivered by trained volunteers and is intentionally limited in scope; it does not provide clinical services.

We will report a small number of honest figures rather than a large dashboard of estimates. Each will be paired with the record that generated it.
